A splendid pair of Chinese porcelain Dogs of Fo (or Buddhist Temple Lions) with an attractive, vibrant Robin's Egg blue or turquoise glaze. Traditionally, these lions stood guard in front of Chinese Imperial palaces and the homes of the rich. Originally sold to me as early 20th century, but more likely, I think, to date from the 1960's. Very Bond.
