A Note From Luke
Rare Selenus Pattern antique chess set with distinctive horse knight. The Selenus pattern was the major pattern in use in Central Europe during the Beidermeier period (1815-1848). This set has an unusual knight, showing the main body of a horse, rather than the usual horse's head.
