Larger Elephant:
Very Good. Nice patina. Wear and rubbing to the red stain on the underside of the base. Otherwise in excellent condition. A really nice example.
Smaller Elephant:
Tail chipped. Mahout and one prince missing. Tusks missing. Otherwise 'very good'.
Two lovely examples of a late 18th century Indian ivory chessmen from Rajasthan. Recommended.
