An Antique Weighted Jaques Staunton Boxwood and Ebony Chess Set of Large Size, circa 1900
both kings stamped "Jaques London" around the rim of the base, lovely figuring to the wood, the king 4 ¼ inches (11cm high), the pawn 2 1/2 inches (6cm high) in a late 19th century figured walnut casket, 23.1cm wide, 14.5cm high.
