ivory, with painted and lacquered decoration and gilt highlights, with two princes riding in an open howdah and a mahout driver over a scalloped edged rectangular red painted base, 10.5cm high, 7cm long, 4cm deep, with another similar Late 18th century Rajasthan elephant chessman, but of slightly smaller size, (tail chipped and mahout missing), 9cm high, 3cm wide, 5cm deep (2)
